Brahmacharya: Do you all know about Brahmacharya, did you ever tried to do brahmacharya ,So here simple meaning of word Brahmacharya means the path of brahman. do not think brahman as a caste, the real brahman known by his work. The brahman can be a spiritual person who is spiritually awake. The path of brahman (Brahmacharya) can gives you unbelievable powers in your body first all you need to control yourselves from the all the bad desires.

Most of peoples think that brahmacharya means just stop masturbating and then you became a Brahmachari. Its not only you need to control your masturbating but also you need to control your bad desires and bad thoughts. Nightfall also can be controlled by practicing the brahmacharya perfectly. Nowadays even doctors will suggest you to do it one or two times  in a week and they will tell you that its an natural process You need to do it otherwise it will come out at night as the nightfall.

But here I want to suggest you with my research and practices that it is nothing natural here, if you want to do it, you will do it and you will waste your valuable semen, The semen is not a thing to waste, its really very much powerful (nearly 50% energy of body can be wasted at a time by masturbating) that it can produce child. If you want to do Brahmacharya really you need to stop wasting your semen will be the first step because if you can control yourselves then how can you go in further process. After knowing the benefits of brahmacharya you will really feel like "Why I wasting my semen??? its really a valuable!"

The path of brahman (Brahmacharya) is not even so easy but if you can control yourselves than nothing is hard. 

Practicing Brahmacharya will not only increase your energy, it will also gives you many more benefits like as follows:

• It will grow your strength and will makes your more powerful than before.

• It also increases your will power, A Brahmachari person can fulfill his dream easily as compared to others because they can control themselves, Controlling others can be easy but controlling yourselves can be hard and brahmacharya teaches that.

• IQ increases, your memory power increases as compared it was before.

• Your mood will be in your control. Others will not be having right to hurt you or to change your mood, your mood will be in your hand.

• Power to make impossible - possible. You will find there are many great persons who made many hard to hardest thing possible (For example - Swami Vivekananda, Mahatma Gandhi etc.).

•  Anti ageing (A person who practices brahmacharya he/she will look more young than others). 

• It will increases your immunity.

• It will improves your vision (As nowadays small children's are also getting vision problem they needs to wear specs because of high use of computer, TV, mobile etc.).

And many more benefits are there which I can't say because there are somethings you need to feel you can't express it by words so if you do start brahmacharya I will surely be happy to know that because of my this article someone really started doing brahmacharya and wants to achieve this all benefits. You will find something super natural after long time if you continued it for a long time, Something spiritually awaken like feel will be occurs while practicing it for a long time (1 or 2 years).
