Nowadays, We see that many countries are get affected by deadly corona virus (COVID-19).And we also know that there is 'No' any specific vaccine against deadly corona virus. Combination of food:

Wrong combination of food can create many problems in our body like for example, milk can't be taken with sour substance otherwise skin related problems can be occurs. • Don't take sour things with milk.
• Don't take salt and milk together maintain a gap.
• Eat salad before the food or in starting phase of eating not after the food.
•  After tea avoid water for some time etc.

Timing of eating:

Here the timing of eating is also an important topic mainly there are mainly 3 times given to eat in a day as breakfast, lunch and dinner according to timing of morning, noon and night. Breakfast should be taken within 30 mins of waking up (ideal time is 7 am). Lunch should be taken in noon ideal time is 12:45 pm and dinner till 7 or 8 pm.

• Eating on time leads to better body weight, hormone regulation, blood sugar and cholesterol levels, sleep patterns and other metabolic improvements and this all makes our body healthy and healthy body means a good immune system. Way of eating:

• Way of eating supports your digestion system so, eat slowly with chewing it properly so food will go inside after a good salivation then it will be easy for you stomach to digest it.
